If the leader of the institution is hardworking and a pious soul, it creates a repercussion, creating a charm reaction making the whole team work on the same ground. He worked his whole life fixing machines and he envisioned to fix the society with compassion and love engraved in the hearts of the youth alongwith all the life that he touched.
